The main target of FLEXOFT is offering of IT related services with focus to german speaking countries, but also to Slovakia or other countries inside or outside EU. Services offered by the company include the whole software cycle - from analysis of customers requests through the design, implementation, test to the installation, maintenance and support. Thanks to our flexibility we are able to assist the customer to preffered solution to his request - work packages may be completely outsourced to us or by contrast, we can integrate into customers team and be its part.

About us
FLEXOFT - a one man company was founded in late 2004, basically as a necessity for optimal operation on the German market with regard to the legislation at that time. The only one shareholder and director is Mgr. Vladimir Iszer, so the profile of the company is actually his profile.
In the field of IT he is actively working since the completion of study Informatics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Comenius University Bratislava in 1996. Between 1996 - 2000 he worked in Slovakia in the telecommunications and a software company, in 2000 he first experienced as a freelancer for the German market, where he was active until 2007. Currently focused on the Slovak and Austrian market.
During the whole time working in IT, whether as an employee or a contractor, the most important goal was always the satisfaction of his customer.
Regarding the 'size' of the company the greatest advantage is its real flexibility. Since there are no 'decision' hierarchies, planning a meeting, making an agreement and decision about cooperation takes place really fast. Projects implemented by the contractors also offer opportunities to build more than just austere business contacts so the advantage of the company is also the ability to bring together a small realisation team to fit the customers needs based on more personal relationships.

We have experience developing backend services, GUI, and also web applications.
